Psalm 93:2

You are from all eternity

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” Genesis 1:1. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.” John 1:1.

Because the Lord God made the earth, it is established firm and secure. Because He came first and made all that lives, we are able to live peaceable lives and not worry about how He did it, or what will happen to it. The earth is the Lord’s, everything in it belongs to Him and He will oversee its beginning and its end. The unbelieving spend billions on trying to work it all out and the majority of the world’s population are anxious about the future of the planet, simply because they do not believe in its Creator!

God existed before the world came into existence. His throne of authority and power has always been. He has no beginning or end. Everything our senses reveal to us on earth is finite, it cannot last forever any more than we can, but God has always been and will always be. El Olam – the eternal God. That is why we can live with confidence and hope, we are not dealing with a human deity, or a lesser god, we are eternally in the hands of the supreme Being in heaven and on earth and He will always be there for us.  Hallelujah!

Psalm 74:16

Psalm 74:16 God established the sun and the moon “ In  the beginning   God created   the heavens   and the earth.   2  Now the earth was formless   and empty,   darkness was over the surface of the deep,   and the Spirit of God   was hovering over the waters. 3  And God said,   “Let there be light,” and there was light.   4  God saw that the light was good,   and he separated the light from the darkness.   5  God called   the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.”   And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.” These, so familiar, words from Genesis 1 remind us of who is in charge! Psalm4:8        I will lie down and sleep                Th ere are times, in the life of all believers, when we no longer have control of situations. We can do nothing more. We have given our all, we have tried every possible solution and now it is out of our hands.
